FINALLY, the garden is planted and after a couple of weeks and cooperative weather it's actually growing!! I got strawberries, which were transplanted into a barrel, but the stinkable (Rory's word) groundhog next door ate them. My herbs are doing great; tomato plants are growing; I see some small sugar snaps growing; and the brussel sprouts, carrots, cukes, and zucchini plants are all really green and leaves expanding. Yeah!! I CAN do this!! (The soaker hoses are really helping).
