Steak w Stout Pan Sauce
Nice and hearty winter meal. The steak with stout pan sauce was from Bon Appetit. I used rib-eye instead of sirloin. On the side I made mushroom ravioli with a little butter and Parm (there was mold on my pesto). Also, sauteed radicchio with honey and balsamic vinegar from Everyday Food. All was yummy!
