Recipe for Buckeyes!!

I had these once and think of them often. SmittenKitchen posted a recipe for Buckeyes that I will try within the week, for sure.

Whoa whoa whoa... as a Buckeye (from Columbus Ohio), I have to stop you here. Those are not buckeyes. They may be tasty, but true buckeyes don't have cream cheese and graham crackers.

They are so simple - 1 jar of smooth peanut butter (not the healthy-stir-before-use kind), 1 stick of butter (room temp) and one pound (1 bag - about 4 cups) of powdered sugar. Mix together, chill for a few minutes and then roll and dip.

If you try the mockeyes, I'm interested in finding out how they are!! =)

I literally have no idea what a Buckeye is! They look great though so let me know how it goes.
