Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops & Braised Potatoes with Garlic

I made these Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops from Everyday Food before Disney and they were fast and easy. I served them with the Braised Potatoes with Garlic from my All About Braising cookbook that I've been using a lot lately. Rory is now accepting all forms of potato as long as I call them x French Fries, such as "Breakfast French Fries", "Dinner French Fries", "Mashed up French Fries", etc. You get the picture. No photo of the meal though...sorry.
