I've been wanting to make homemade biscuits for awhile now. I'm TERRIBLE with dough, but biscuits are so much less sensitive to screw ups - I've been clipping recipes for several months and finally did it for Christmas dinner. These are Cream Biscuits from smittenkitchen which is, truely, a beautiful food blog that I read all the time. They were SO easy and so good fresh. I like that they take about 10 minutes and that you can freeze them raw to bake anytime in 12 minutes. I think I'll start digging out my clipped biscuit recipes that I've avoided for so long with herbs, cheese, etc. What a good way to get rid of extra cream too.
