Here's the plan for the week...
Sunday - Portabella Mushroom Burgers, Cousous, Black Bean & Corn Salad (from the comments of a post on Serious Eats about what to put on the side at BBQ's). Kids: Hot Dogs on the grill with the Mushroom burgers, same sides
Monday - Cider-Brined Pork Chops from Food & Wine this month, Roasted Blue Potatoes (if the sprouts growing from them can be easily removed), Broccoli.
Tuesday - Cod (?), Lemony Quinoa from the Boston Globe Magazine in mid-May (it also had Asparagus and Shrimp Scampi, but I'll make the full recipe another time), Spinach sauteed with Garlic.
Wednesday - Chicken Sausage (Basil & Parmesean), Brussel Sprouts sauteed w/ onions, Baked Sweet Potatoes .
Thursday - I'm out with the Sister-in-Laws. Kids: Mac & Cheese night
