Why can't I make a round meatball? I'm comfortable with the recipe, but I cannot seem to keep them round. I've tried a regular pan vs a non-stick pan. I've tried a drier vs a moister mixture. What the hell???
Off to buy new sneakers for the kids...Fingers crossed that we don't have a tantrum in the mall. It's been that kind of day.

never tried this, but what if you popped them in the freezer (on the baking sheet) for a few minutes before cooking. perhaps this would help them keep their shape? No clue...just a thought!
